This FeatherWing extends the well known Feather Microcontroller Boards of different manufacturers with a MBUS Slave Node for Smartmetering.

Features:

• galvanically isolated M-Bus slave Interface
• based on the TSS721 M-Bus Transceiver IC from Texas Instruments
• suitable for Feather from Adafruit or ThingPlus boards from Sparkfun

With the M-BUS slave FeatherWing you can read consumption meters with a so-called P1 customer interface (e.g. electricity meters in Austria).

But you can also use the MBUS Slave FeatherWing to create your own meters for the M-BUS (e.g. to provide self-collected data for an M-BUS master).
